Spicy Oriental Mustard
Spicy oriental mustard microgreens are a spicy variety that pack a whisp of mustard flavor followed by a horseradish or wasabi finish. The taste begins mild but grows spicier as you get the full flavor of the green. Careful!
High in Vitamin K, Vitamin B6, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, and Vitamin E. These microgreens are a great source of Omega-3 Fatty Acids, Copper, Phosphorous, Folate, Manganese, Zinc, Folate, Niacin, Magnesium, Iron, Potassium and Calcium. They also contain 30-35% protein by weight!
Using this micro as a substitute for mustard is always a great choice as it has a rather sharp flavor that brings a great zing to sandwiches and salads.

Sango Purple Radish
Sango purple radish microgreens have a crisp, peppery, and slightly mustardy bite to them. Just like biting into a fresh succulent radish!
Red radishes contain vitamin C, folate, fiber and potassium. Like many radishes, red radishes contain active enzymes that are known to aid in digestion.
These microgreens make a great addition to sandwiches and salads. They can also be used to add a peppery/mustardy spice from tacos to pasta. The flavor pairs well with butter, cream based sauces, fresh herbs, lemon, onion, or shellfish.

Nasturtium
Nasturtium, pronounced like “na-stersh-um,” is translated as “nose twister” and of that we can be certain. The delicate leaves bear nice variegated colors and resemble a miniature Lily Pad. This potent microgreen has a peppery, wasabi-like flavor with a very pungent finish.
Nasturtium leaves are an excellent source of vitamins A, C, and D, beta-carotene, iron, manganese, and flavonoids.
Pairs well with seafood, sushi, soups, and as added kick to any salad. They work best for raw preparations, but can also be mixed in a vinegar solution with a clove of garlic to create a hot, pungent, vinegar for salad dressing. You can also soak it with vodka for a peppery cocktail mixer.

How do one-time orders work?
Seven Acre Farm is a grow-to-order subscription service, however we always grow extra to cover one-time orders, samples, and other substitution needs. Sometimes we receive more one-time orders for specific microgreens than were grown. If you would like to ensure consistent delivery of your favorite microgreens, we recommend creating one or more subscriptions to meet your family's needs.
One-time orders include any item(s) that you have not chosen to receive on a recurring basis, and are subject to stock availability. Placing your one-time order does not guarantee stock availability. We do our best to keep stock numbers updated and accurate, and you will receive a notice on the site if stock is low or out. Any orders for items that are or become out of stock will be delayed up to a week in most cases. We will notify you of any extended delay and offer a replacement item for any out of stock items.
How do Subscriptions orders work?
Create your own Subscription Plan by adding two or more items of any variety to your shopping cart, or select one of our pre-made subscription packages. You can also add one-time order products along with subscription products, or you can subscribe to different products on different delivery schedules. If you want Snow Pea just this time, but would like to subscribe to Sunflower every week, and Basil every other week -- go for it!
You tell us what you want, and we will grow it and deliver it fresh. Subscription services are grown-to-order, which guarantees availability and consistent deliveries of fresh microgreens.
We also offer subscription services through our Market Wagon store if you are outside our local delivery area.
Can subscriptions be modified or suspended?
Our subscription services are meant to be as flexible as you need them to be. You can have as many different subscriptions as you need, and you can change your subscription items at any time.
